When his father became ill, Zondi was unexpectedly asked to return to his village and take over the position of Inkosi or chief. Although he was nervous at first, Inkosi Zondi has been able to address problems facing women, children and youth in his community. By sharing a story about a small bird, he explains that while he cannot fix the entire world, he knows that he can make an important difference in his community.
