Bahati Mubuya Gladys

Feminist, gender and inclusive community-based development activist

Bahati Mubuya Gladys is a feminist, gender and inclusive community-based development activist. Passionate with positive social change she works with Congolese (DRC) youth, local and national organizations over 5 years in the context of war and conflict. Her work experience have helped to develop the skill of networking, resource mobilization, research, training, advocacy, project management in the area of Women/girls right, health and empowerment; gender, inclusive development, conflict management. 

She is a member of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI DRC), Women International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF DRC).
