Mphakiseng Molefe

Mphakiseng joined Sonke Gender Justice on the 13 March 2017 as a Junior Trainer for the GAP Year Project.

Mphakiseng Molefe was born in a small village called Mokgalong in Kwazulu-Natal. She moved to Cape Town in 2009 and volunteered for Youth Aids and Grassroots Soccer as a life skills coach. She also worked as an assistant master trainer for GRS, then she worked as a programme manager for Amandla Edufootball. She has spent most of her life working with the youth on HIV/AIDS in schools around Khayelitsha. Mphakiseng is passionate about the fight against woman abuse.
