Nosipho Vidima is a Sex Worker, Human Rights Activist, Black Conscious Feminist, HIV Rights Activist and Womxn Rights Activist. She currently works at Sonke Gender Justice as a Sex Worker Rights Project Specialist, previously at SWEAT (Sex Workers Education and Advocacy Taskforce) as a Human Rights and Lobbying Officer and Programme Manager. Her work includes sitting as Co-Chair of the SANAC (South African National Aids Council) Sex Work National Technical Working Group , Convenor of the Queer Feminist Film Festival, Lead Researcher for the #SayHerName research study into SGBVF/IPV towards womxn sex workers in South Africa, she has contributed to journals and multiple platforms (Including Plenaries of the International Aids Conference) on Human Rights and Social Justice.
