Sithembinkosi is a development finance expert with 10 years’ experience in subaward management, managing grants funding, donor compliance and contracts management. He has experience in financial and operational systems design, implementing and reviewing donor reporting, budgeting and forecasting. He previously worked as a Compliance, Grants and Contracts Manager at FHI 360 where he was responsible for the overall coordination, oversight and day-to-day management of sub-awardees. He also worked as a Grants Finance Manager at Plan International where he led the grants accounting and financial reporting and the disbursements of funds to sub-grantees.
Sithembinkosi holds a B.Com honor’s degree in banking from National University of Science & Technology (NUST) and a Master’s degree in Finance as well as a Master’s degree in Development Finance from University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.
