Regional Projects Specialist

Nkonzo J. Khanyile leads a multi-country partnership with Concern Worldwide Humanitarian and Development NGO, focused on strengthening the capacity of staff and partners to implement gender-transformative approaches (GTA) that engage men and boys, women and girls in support of gender equality.

Nkonzo J. Khanyile’s role combines strategic coordination, technical leadership, and partnership management, including programme design, curriculum development, and training. He supports monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes, while ensuring quality implementation across Africa, East Asia Caribbean and alignment with Gender Equality and Social Inclusion approaches.

Under the partnership, he also leads the development of training toolkits and Training of Trainers processes, contributes to research and learning, and collaborate with regional networks and women’s rights organisations to strengthen partnerships and advance advocacy.
