Accountant
Sandile Zungu is Sonke’s Accountant. He is an experienced Finance and Grants Specialist, having worked in several NGOs, government departments and corporate sectors. A former Sonke Sub-awards Specialist, Zungu is a University of KwaZulu-Natal Bachelor of Commerce and Post-Graduate Diploma Graduate. He is currently completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Johannesburg. He has managed the global fund projects like TB in Mining sector in Southern Africa, AFSA Human Rights, AFSA Advocacy and AFSA Communities Matter with 5 sectors (viz. Law & Human Rights, People Who Uses Drugs / People Who Inject Drugs, Research, Sports Arts & Culture and Traditional Leaders). Zungu has an extensive experience in finance, accounting and grants management, he provided accounting, assurance, tax, business advisory and training services to small and medium sized enterprises.
