As Women’s Month concludes, Sonke’s Policy Development and Advocacy Manager, Mpiwa Mangwiro-Tsanga, spoke to SABC about the persistent challenges women continue to face in the workplace. From discrimination and sexual harassment to systemic injustice, these issues remain pressing concerns.
