Blessing built diverse skills in grants financial management that spans over a decade. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science and is currently working towards her CIMA qualification. With over 10 years in the industry, she has been exposed to multi-domain business knowledge in the NPO sector. Prior to joining Sonke, Blessing worked for organisations in the HIV/AIDS and Health sectors. The experience she gained from this is what is propelling her passion for grants and donor management with the hope to ensure effective partnerships with sub-grantees and collaboration with partners.
