Experts on a high-level panel discussion held at the 21st International Aids Conference in Durban on Tuesday agree that if we are to reach our goal of ending AIDS by 2030, men and boys need to be engaged – and urgently. AIDS mortality among men is nearly 40% higher than women in Africa.
