A Sonke delegation is in New York now to engage on important issues related to gender, gender equality, gender-based violence and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) at both the 59th United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) and the International Conference on Masculinities (ICM) which starts on Friday, March 6.
Sonke is a South African-based non-profit organisation working throughout Africa. We believe women and men, girls and boys can work together to resist patriarchy, advocate for gender justice and achieve gender transformation.
