Amukelani Chauke is Sonke’s Regional Programmes & Networking (RPN) Communications and Social Media Coordinator. He has worked in a variety of industries, including non-governmental organisations, public relations and advertising firms, and corporate. Amukelani worked as a Communications Intern at Sonke prior to joining Sappi’s Corporate Affairs Department, and then moved on to work for other companies, where he produced and worked on award-winning projects.
He most recently worked as a Social Media Community Manager for a company that specialised in digital media. He graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a diploma in Communication and Public Relations management Amukelani brings to Sonke Gender Justice his award-winning skills and dedication that he has gained over the years.
