Feerouza Kruger is Sonke’s Deputy Finance Manager. A BComm Accounting graduate, and registered as a Professional Accountant(SA) and a Professional Tax Practitioner(SA). Kruger has over 27 years experience in the Accounting, Audit, Retail, Automotive, Facilities Management and NPO sectors. Her purpose in life is to give back and make a difference in communities. This is done both in the workplace and in her personal life. She has participated as Mrs Universe South Africa finalist in 2019 standing for abuse against women and children. She volunteers her services as Vice Chairperson of Milnerton high school’s Governing Body and as the treasurer of the Woodbridge primary school Governing Body.
Kruger has also sat as a Board member at St Luke’s Hospice NPC and at IFM Radio, and volunteered a Summer Greens Neighbourhood Watch Member where she was awarded the City of Cape Town Neighbourhood Watch Skills Master Award in 2018.
