Nandipha Mtila is Sonke’s Community Mobilizer, based in the Eastern Cape Province. A Pastor and founder of Women Ministry dealing with wounded and broken women. Prior to joining Sonke, she has worked for the Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services as a human rights monitor or 3 years, as well as the department of Correctional Services rehabilitating offenders by rendering programmes for social reintegration for six years.
Her call as a pastor ,career experience and social ills have triggered activism and hunger for supporting other women who are silenced by fear, giving up on becoming who God has called them to be. Her talent in speaking and poetry has been and still is her tool to voice her concerns and encourage others.
