Power To Youth: End Term Evaluation Partnership Report

This report provides an in-depth assessment of the PtY consortium's internal and external functioning, governance, and collaboration quality across its implementing countries (Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, Kenya, Malawi, Senegal, and Uganda) and global hubs.

The assessment was conducted using the Alliance Thermometer Tool (evaluating five core building blocks on a 0–100 scale), combined with an online survey and 211 key informant interviews (KIIs).
