PAIA manual for Sonke Gender Justice

With reference to section 51 of the Promotion to Access of Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), this guide is intended to assist third parties in exercising their rights. As a non-profit organisation, SONKE carries out public benefit activities, and this handbook was created and released in compliance with PAIA Section 51. Among other things, it offers advice to data subjects and other parties who might ask to view records that SONKE processes.
